Profinet Cable Description

Profinet cables are designed for reliable, real-time data communication in industrial automation. They offer excellent active and passive immunity to electrical interference and are widely used in drive technology, such as transportation and conveyor belts, as well as in machine tool manufacturing.

Profinet Type A cables are suitable for cabling industrial fieldbus systems using the globally accepted TCP/IP protocol. Profinet PUR cables are flexible fieldbus cables suitable for stationary or dynamic applications, particularly for Profinet Type B applications.
