RG16OR16 / UG16OR16 Cable Description

UG16OR16 uses a Category 1 solid single-core copper conductor, while RG16OR16 uses a Category 2 stranded copper conductor. Both use G16 ethylene propylene rubber (HEPR) insulation and an R16 PVC outer sheath, enabling them to withstand higher operating temperatures and reducing the release of corrosive gases and halogens in a fire.

Commonly used in high-risk fire areas and densely populated locations. Suitable for surface mounting, metal structure mounting, damp or dry environments, and direct laying underground or in cable conduits.
