RE-2Y(st)Y Cable Description
RE-2Y(st)Y cables are particularly suitable for applications requiring immunity to electromagnetic interference, such as signal, monitoring, and data transmission in industrial electronic equipment, as well as control and instrumentation circuits, due to their protective shielding, which provides collective shielding in PiMF / TiMF structures.
The cores of the cables are usually color-coded in pairs (black and white) and numbered consecutively. The outer sheath color is black (UV-resistant) or blue (for intrinsically safe applications).
