N2XSEY Cable Description
N2XSEY cables feature copper conductors, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, copper wire shielding, and a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) outer sheath. This series of medium-voltage cables is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, conforming to IEC 60332-1 standards. Voltage specifications include: 6/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, and 18/30kV.
N2XSEY cables are a three-core version of the N2XSY cable, where the “E” in the name indicates that each of the three cores is individually shielded. They can be laid directly underground, underwater, outdoors, indoors, and in cable conduits, and are widely used in building construction, renewable energy, and power transmission industries.
