Type 41 and Type 61 Cable Description
Type 41 and Type 61 cables feature tinned copper conductors, EPR insulation, and a robust chloroprene (CR) outer sheath, offering resistance to UV radiation, chemical corrosion, abrasion, and oil. Suitable for both reel and non-reel industrial applications, including portable machinery, drilling rigs, fans, and submersible pumps.
Type 41 cables typically have 3 shielded phase cores and 1 unshielded conductor/ground core, while Type 61 cables typically include 3 shielded power cores, 2 conductor cores, and 1 safety ground core.
Type 61a cables have a transparent TPU sheath with orange and silver reflective tape underneath.
