Type 450 and Type 455 Description
Type 450 and Type 455 cables feature tinned copper conductors, ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) XR-EP-90 insulation, and a double-layer heavy-duty neoprene rubber (HD-PCP) or heavy-duty chlorosulfonated polyethylene (HD-CSP) outer sheath. They are designed for harsh environments requiring durability, oil/flame retardancy, and lightweight flexibility.
These cables are configured in a 3+2+1 configuration, consisting of 3 core conductors + 2 grounding conductors + 1 guide conductor. Manufacturing standards conform to AS/NZS 2802:2000, AS/NZS 1125:2001, and AS/NZS 2802:2003.
