FTS29OM16 Cable Description

The FTS29OM16 cable features a flexible Category 5 bare copper conductor, a halogen-free thermoplastic S29 compound insulation layer with glass/mica fire-retardant tape, and a low-smoke halogen-free thermoplastic compound (M16 grade) outer sheath in purple for easy identification as a safety circuit.

It is commonly used to connect fixed automatic and manual fire alarm signaling systems, voice-activated evacuation (EVAC) systems, gas detection and oxygen deficiency detectors in HVAC systems, emergency lighting, and emergency control devices.
