SLM / SLCM Cable Description
Both SLM and SLCM cables use finely stranded bare copper wire, PVC insulation, and an outer sheath, designed for both fixed installations and flexible industrial applications. They are suitable for moderate mechanical stress in dry, humid, and submerged environments.
SLCM cables feature a tinned copper braided shielding layer, effectively shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI), making them particularly suitable for motor power supply between frequency converters and servo motors. SLM cables, on the other hand, are suitable for basic, standard machine wiring and do not offer electromagnetic shielding.
