Coil End Lead Type 4 Cable Description
Coil end lead type 4 cable manufactured to BS 6195 with flexible tinned copper conductor and ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation which is heat, oil and flame retardant (HOFR).
Coil end leads are primarily used in motor and switchboard wiring, connecting the coil windings of motors, generators, transformers, circuit breakers and actuators. In some cases, they can be used as a replacement for tri- and bi-polar cables. They can also be used as anode cables in the railway industry.
