F-vYDvY cable uses solid tinned copper wire, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation and an outer sheath, and a metallic shielding layer to protect data from electromagnetic interference. It is primarily used for indoor fixed installations and can be laid within walls (drywood), in dry rooms, or on various surfaces. This cable is suitable for applications where high transmission speeds are not required, such as connecting telephones, modems, and data networks.
